Jinaka Canoe Guides have an AALA licence in order to be able to run activities for children/students under the age of 18. Families with children often wish to take friends of their children with them on activities. In addition to colleges, schools, Scouts, Guides, and Duke of Edinburgh Award groups, there are other youth groups, e.g. Young Farmers, who also want to do adventurous activities. Since February 2010, we have been able to offer our watersport activities to schools, unaccompanied children and students. Details of the licence follow.

Jinaka Canoe Guides are particularly interested in providing and supporting groups that want to experience the adventure of an expedition. We can organise expeditions and provide support at various levels for recognised organisations. Exactly what makes an expedition is difficult to say and, historically, it has been the first crossing of a lake or descent of a river, but those are now very rare and hard to find. More realistically, it can simply be a journey into the unknown and dealing with what you discover personally. Whatever it may be, it needs to be exciting, and that means different things to different people.  If you are interested in an expedition, please enquire. Jinaka Canoe Guides run school canoeing expeditions in Sweden
